How can you answer my calls when you answer others?
Admin24 is not a call centre. We are a small team of dedicated staff and will endeavour to answer all your calls. However, there will be times when we are unable to do so. To compensate, we offer a dedicated voicemail service to each client. The voicemail service allocated to you is only accessible by your company and Admin24. Voicemail will be checked on a regular basis and your customers called back as soon as possible.

What happens if you are ill or go on holiday?
Admin24 will guarantee back up for you when your personal assistant is unavailable through one of our carefully chosen associates matched to your requirements.

What quality assurance do you have in place?
